Twitter campaign started off with $0 in advertising spend, did not have a consistent posting schedule and with no audience profiles built into any of the targeting campaigns.

TWITTER ENGAGEMENT RATE
Using monthly analytics, I designed content that was more strategically relevant to the audience and therefore, was able to increase the engagements on the Twitter account.

Before: 0.7% engagement rate, 59 link clicks, 36 retweets, 113 likes
After: 1.1% engagement rate, 704 link clicks, 78 retweets, 348 likes
These 3 graphs show the growth on the Facebook page within one year. Significant increase in reach and engagement was seen in the latter half of the year, reflective of data usage to improve the strategy for this account.
